Hailing from Falmouth, a beautiful little sailing town in Cornwall, Jason basically grew up on and around boats in a maritime environment which unknowingly put him on a path that would later bring him into the yachting industry. Educated at Millfield school, a school of excellence for sports, he then went on to receive a scholarship to play rugby and study for a degree in sports injury and psychology at the University of St Mary’s, later building a career as a personal trainer which, would eventually lead him to the yachting industry in 2007, where he “changed tack” and has never looked back. Progressing quickly through the ranks, he found himself his first Captains’ role in 2012. Specializing in jet boats, Jason has worked on various models ranging from Mangusta 105 to 130. His career as a charter Captain has taken him on a global adventure across Europe, America and the Caribbean. In 2018, Jason took command of Veni Vidi Vici. After an extensive refit and a successful charter season, Jason received the Captain of the year award in the Master 500GT category. Jason is an active sportsman and waterman. In his down time, he travels to surf, plays golf and snowboards as much as possible.
